We do our best to provide our customers with the longest expiration dates available at the time of the order. If you need a certain length of time before the expiration date on any one of our products, please indicate this on your purchase order.
Pointe Scientific fully stands behind its products. We guarantee that all unexpired products will perform according to their stated parameters.
It is recommended all orders are inspected at the time of delivery. Pointe Scientific cannot be responsible for products that are held beyond the expiration date or are not stored according to instructions.
In the rare case that one of our products is not performing to stated specifications, we will gladly replace the product at no charge.
Any product received due to an error on the part of Pointe Scientific may be returned for immediate replacement or full credit.
All Returns Require A “Return Merchandise Authorization” (RMA)
If you would like to request an RMA number, please use the link above, or call 800.757.5313 in the United States or 1.734.487.8319 outside the United States to speak to one of our technical support representatives.
Upon receipt of your RMA request, applicable instructions will be provided to make sure you understand the process, timelines and any responsibilities that may be required of you. An RMA number will be issued to you once management approval is received.
Orders are usually shipped the same day they are received, FOB (Freight On Board), Canton, Michigan, USA. A variety of shippers are used to provide the quickest and most economical mode of transport. Any shipments outside the UPS Ground two-day service area may be shipped by two-day air service at the discretion of the Pointe Scientific Shipping Department. Special overnight shipping is also available. Please indicate your preferred shipping method on your order. Overseas orders will be shipped by the best and most economical means unless specified by the overseas buyer. Please also let us know if you have a specific import/export agent or any special customs instructions.
