Randy Daniel is currently an Operating Partner with Enhanced Equity Funds. In August 2012, he was named the Executive Chairman of MedTest Holdings, Inc., which includes the companies MedTest DX and Pointe Scientific. He has been actively engaged in the global clinical diagnostics industry for over 35 years.
Mr. Daniel previously served as Executive Vice President, Global Customer Management of Siemens Healthcare Diagnostics 2008 to 2011. Prior to Siemens Healthcare Diagnostics, Randy was President of Global Customer Management for Dade Behring Inc. In these roles Mr. Daniel was responsible for Global Sales, Service, Customer Operations and Commercial Marketing organizations.
In 1982, Mr. Daniel joined American Hospital Supply and has held numerous executive positions in sales, marketing, and service for American Scientific Products, Baxter and Dade Behring. In 2001, he was appointed President, North America Sales and Service for Dade Behring and then President, Americas Customer Management in 2003. He became President, Global Customer Management in January 2007.

Chief Financial Officer
Davina Chow was named Chief Financial Officer on May 31, 2016, responsible for all financial affairs of the company. Davina has over 20 years of financial leadership experience in the in vitro diagnostics industry. Her specialties include financial management, risk and internal control, financial reporting, financial planning and analysis, accounting, as well as post-merger business and system integrations within multinational publicly traded companies. She has received multiple awards and promotions throughout her career and has been recognized for leadership, integrity, and adherence to best practices, driving fiscal success.
Before joining MedTest, Ms. Chow was the Controller at the Victorian Order of Nurses, a national home and community care organization, where she optimized financial and SAP FICO processes.
Prior to that, Davina was the Controller at Siemens Healthcare Diagnostics in Canada responsible for financial operations, reporting, controlling, accounting, global projects execution and Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX) compliance. She held various key leadership roles within its predecessors which include Dade Behring Canada, Behring Diagnostics Canada and Syva Canada.

Vice President, Operations and Solutions Development
Maricel Roberts joined MedTest in February of 2015 as Vice President of Process and Solutions Development. Ms. Roberts brings a distinct set of industry perspectives to our global growth strategies, and a proven ability to elevate corporate performance by managing and optimizing our business processes. As part of the MedTest leadership team, Maricel will work collaboratively with all department heads to deliver integrated solutions that will provide increased business value to MedTest customers. An innovative and transformative leader, Ms. Roberts has consistently demonstrated exceptional results and will provide leadership to all departments in becoming more efficient, more effective, and more capable of change in an ever-changing industry.
Maricel brings to MedTest over 25 years of direct experience in the healthcare industry. Her core areas of expertise include critical care nursing management in university and integrated health system networks, and lean based consultative workflow assessments in the clinical diagnostics industry (reference laboratories to multiple inpatient/ outpatient hospital settings). Maricel’s significant experience also includes change management facilitation within business processes, along with implementation of customer specific initiatives.
Ms. Roberts spent 10 years of her career with Siemens Healthcare Diagnostics as the Senior Director of North American Healthcare Solutions. Responsibilities included overseeing end-to-end workflow processes between healthcare solutions, customers, and sales and technical teams. From 2000 through 2005, Maricel was the Manager of Healthcare Solutions at Dade Behring. One of her key focuses in this role was to provide customers within the laboratory a quantified understanding of how new technology would impact their existing processes and future state workflow design. Another focus was providing customers with a quantified understanding of key patient care product lines within the hospital setting.
Maricel holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing from Capital University in Columbus, Ohio.
Vice President, Director of Technical Operations
Mr. Jamison is responsible for the technical operations required to support the technical design, development, direction, service, support, production, and performance of Pointe Scientific’s products and services. Together with the Vice President of Operations, Mr. Jamison develops policies that meet the company's planning and formulating goals and objectives. The superior performance of Pointe Scientific's products and services, from development to final use, is the direct result of Mr. Jamison's vision and leadership.
Mr. Jamison has been with Pointe Scientific since 1991, most recently as Vice President and Director of Technical Operations since 2010, and previously as the QA/Technical Service Manager. Prior to joining Pointe Scientific, Ron served for 11 years as Lead Chemistry Technologist for National Reference Laboratory.

Vice President, Marketing
Debbie Whitehair joined the MedTest family in March of 2013. As part of the MedTest leadership team, Debbie brings over 22 years of experience from many different areas of the clinical diagnostics industry. These areas include technical support, customer training, product management and marketing, strategic and value-based marketing, and clinical education.
Ms. Whitehair previously served as the United States Director of Chemistry and Immunochemistry Marketing at Siemens Healthcare Diagnostics from 2007 until March of 2013. Her responsibilities at Siemens Healthcare Diagnostics included overseeing assay launch strategies, product marketing, and clinical scientific education. From 1991 through 2007, Debbie held various marketing positions at Dade Behring, concentrating on cardiovascular and renal diagnostics. Prior to her management positions, Debbie spent 10 years in the clinical laboratory, both in a teaching and community hospital setting.

Vice President, North American Sales
Jeff Thomas was appointed Vice President of North American Sales for MedTest in December of 2013. He was also charged with leading the National Direct Accounts Division and National Distributor Sales. Jeff is building and maintaining relationships with all of MedTest's largest National Direct and Distributor Accounts. He started with MedTest in June of 2013 as the Vice President of West Area Sales and National Direct Accounts. Mr. Thomas is responsible for ensuring that MedTest's customer facing sales and service professionals understand and communicate the unique value that MedTest brings to its customers and business partners.
A 25 year veteran of the Laboratory Diagnostics Industry, Jeff previously served as Director of Global Account Management for Siemens Healthcare Diagnostics, and was responsible for global customer development and management for the clinical research market. Prior to Siemens acquiring Dade Behring, Mr. Thomas held numerous national leadership roles with Dade Behring focusing on new business development, team development, national and global market strategies, and national and global account management, with special emphasis on cardiovascular point of care technologies.

Vice President, International and B2B Sales
Willie Retana came to MedTest with over 18 years of experience in the Global Medical Diagnostics industry. During these many years in the industry, Willie learned the art of developing and maintaining business relationships with customers around the world. He also fine-tuned his ability to carefully listen to and evaluate the needs of each individual prospect and customer - a critical skill in the international sales business, where every laboratory's need is unique and every medical diagnostic solution is different from the last.
Today, as Vice President of International Sales for MedTest, Mr. Retana is responsible for leading a single, integrated international sales organization across the company's businesses and international geographies, fostering all of MedTest's efforts abroad. He works with the company's business units like marketing, technical service, delivery, engineering, and other groups to drive sales of the full portfolio of MedTest services, products and solutions. Willie is also expanding MedTest's footprint overseas through his many contacts in the international community and creating strategic opportunities for business partners around the globe.
Prior to joining MedTest, Mr. Retana was CEO and Country Division Lead for the Diagnostics Division of Siemens Healthcare in Central America and the Caribbean. At Siemens, Willie had direct P&L responsibilities for the countries in his region, and leading 26 team members in achieving financial and operational targets. He was also accountable for managing and supporting business partners in the Latin American region, contributing to increases in market presence and improving customer satisfaction.
Mr. Retana’s many responsibilities in the past have included: developing pricing strategies, product management, mergers and acquisitions, due diligence processes, distribution channel rationalization and optimization.
