EXPIRATION DATES

Our policy is to provide the longest possible expiration dating on all products being shipped. If you require a certain minimum number of months expiration, please indicate this on your order form under "Special Instructions". We cannot accept returns on products that have exceeded their expiration dates.

TOXICITY AND HAZARDS

Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) are available for all Pointe Scientific products. They meet the current federal OSHA requirements. Please indicate on your order form if you need these sheets included with your shipment.

RETURN POLICY

Pointe Scientific guarantees all of its products will perform according to stated parameters until the expiration date listed on the product. Any product not performing up to standards will be replaced immediately without charge. Pointe Scientific cannot be responsible for products which are held beyond the expiration date or are not stored according to instructions. A prior “Return Authorization” must be obtained from the Technical Service Department before a product can be returned for non-performance. Any products received due to an error on the part of Pointe Scientific may be returned for immediate replacement or full credit after receiving a “Return Authorization Number” from the Customer Service Department. Items shipped as a result of customer error may be returned after receiving a "Return Authorization Number" from Customer Service. A 10% restocking fee will be charged to partially cover the cost of the Quality Assurance procedures we must perform on all returned products. To insure the integrity of every product we ship, products which are sensitive to temperature fluctuations or improper handling of any kind may not be returned. Please contact our Technical Department for a determination.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Orders are usually shipped the same day they are received, FOB (Freight On Board), Canton, Michigan, USA. A variety of shippers are used to provide the quickest and most economical mode of transport. Any shipments outside the UPS Ground two-day service area may be shipped by two-day air service at the discretion of the Pointe Scientific Shipping Department. Special overnight shipping is also available. Please indicate your preferred shipping method on your order. Overseas orders will be shipped by the best and most economical means unless specified by the overseas buyer. Please also let us know if you have a specific import/export agent or any special customs instructions.

The prices listed on our Price List are subject to change without notice from Pointe Scientific, Inc.

PAYMENT TERMS

Terms of payment are Net 30 days from the date of invoice, unless otherwise specified.
