The Pointe 180 II is a small bench top analyzer designed and use to read and calculate the results of in-vitro clinical diagnostic assays on human serum, plasma, or urine as well as any other application requiring absorbance or concentration readings. The analyzer is provided with 43 pre-programmed test parameters and is capable of storing up to 120 assays in memory for later recall. The analyzer is equipped with a built in vacuum pump and external waste bottle with level sensing. The analyzer is supplied with a removable flowcell to allow for use of 1 cm square as well as 12 mm round cuvettes. The analyzer is designed with many features to minimize operator error, such as stable factory calibration, pre-programmed calculations, visual and audible feedback, flags and error messages.

In addition, it will store up to 512 patient results, 512 control results, 20 patients on a work list and 15 tests per patient.
