Pointe Scientific is pleased to offer our customers a Quality Control Peer Group Review Program.  In our effort to meet the needs of our customers we have implemented this program to assist them in taking measures to ensure they are meeting all of the necessary regulatory standards and following “Good Lab Practices”.  This program is offered at NO charge.

Peer groups will be geared toward the Pointe Scientific customer already using Pointe reagents and controls, or those who wish to convert to them on a Roche Cobas Mira, Cobas Mira Plus, Hitachi, Bayer RA ,ASCA/AGII and ATAC systems.

Pointe Scientific’s QA program is a web-based QAP program (Pointe Scientific Online QAP).

Features

Online submission - As a part of this service, you will be able to input your QC data through the internet.  No forms to fill out and mail or Fax.

Real time reports - Your statistical reports will be available online for you to download and print at your convenience.  The reports will reflect real time peer data as it is received.

Error Checking - The web-based system has automatic error checking to avoid entry errors.  The user is prompted with the error and its location so that it can be corrected before your data is submitted to the peer group.

Inter-laboratory comparison data will allow the customer to compare the performance of their analyzer to other laboratories.  This monthly report will be in an easy to read, single page format and will include the following statistical information:

1. Current Points, Mean, SD, CV, CVI, SDI

2. Cumulative Points, Mean, SD, CV, CVI, SDI

3. Monthly Peer Points, Mean, SD, CV, CVI, SDI

4. Current Peer Points, Mean, SD, CV, CVI, SDI

To register, complete the Startup Form.  Enter appropriate data and return it to Pointe Scientific for enrollment into the program and notification of receipt will be sent.
